Clearing and settlement
The Tirana Stock Exchange plans the activities of clearing and settlement for all the transactions, made on a certain period.
Clearing and settlement for every type of securities traded at TSE, is done on a net basis within T+3, in full accordance with Delivery Versus Payment DVP principle.
Clearing and settlement for transactions executed at TSE is done in cooperation with:
1. Bank of Albania and second tier commercial banks, for Government debt securities (T-Bills and Government Bonds)
2. Albanian Share Registrar for joint-stock company shares
